Superbike Silverstone

Troy Bayliss após manter à distância os pilotos Nori Haga e Troy Croser, venceu a sua primeira prova do Mundial de SuperBike, deste ano na pista de Silverstone, marcado por um asfalto que mais parecia uma pista de patinagem tal foi ao dilúvio que caiu este fim de semana em Silverstone e que obrigaram a cancelar a 2ª manga.
Roberto Rolfo finalizou a 1ª prova em 4º lugar, Regis Laconi em 5º, Max Baiggi em 6º e Lorenzo Lanzi em 7º.
James Toseland foi o grande prejudicado nesta ronda bateu na volta nº 3 quando disputava o 4º lugar. Ele conseguiu voltar à pista, mas em 18º lugar conseguindo ainda terminar na 8ª posição após ultrapassar vários pilotos e vendo outros a caírem e saírem da prova.
Ao final desta prova apenas treze pilotos cruzaram a linha de chegada

Nas SuperSport é noticia os primeiro pontos conseguidos por Miguel Praia que terminou em 11º lugar numa corrida também ela á chuva e ganha por Anthony West
Kenan Sofuoglu o líder do campeonato caiu na primeira volta .
